Here at Your Furniture we are very pleased to be able to offer our customers free delivery on almost all orders to the UK Mainland, Monday to Friday, whatever the size of your order. There are a few instances where a small delivery charge may need to be applied, but these are the exception not the rule.
Please take the time to read this information carefully so that you are fully aware of the delivery process and know exactly what will be required of you.
We offer two types of deliveries:
For smaller items we offer a Free Delivery Service for all items. This service runs on a Monday to Friday basis. Your parcel will be delivered by a one man courier and will require you inspect the goods before signing for receipt. For larger items we offer a premium two man delivery service. You will be contacted directly by our specialist carrier who will arrange a suitable day for delivery. They will also give you a 2-3 hour time slot for your convenience and if required can call you one hour before delivery. Your order will be delivered to your room of choice, unpacked and for an optional small charge of £35 basic assembly of a dining set undertaken. Finally the packaging will be removed and you will be asked to inspect the goods to ensure you are satisfied before signing to accept the delivery.
