Track Your Order


Tracking Your Order

Tracking your order is very simple. Whether your item is small or large will depend on how you are able track your order. To find out this information, click on the button labelled 'delivery' on the product page under the main image. This will then tell you whether your item is classed as small or large in terms of delivery.


Small Items

For small items, you will need your 11 digit consignment number that we will email to you the day before delivery is due. Please note this is not the same as your order number.

To track your order, simply click on the link below and enter your consignment number in the box headed 'Tracking Number'. This will then show you the current status of your delivery.

Large Items

For large items, you will need to email us your name and your order number. You can send this information to us at the address below and we will be able to track your order for you. If your order has already been allocated a route, we will also be able to supply you with a three hour time slot for your convenience.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not happy with the condition of the goods you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the goods, please remember to sign for it 'UNCHECKED'. Once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.
