Just a short note to thank you for the smooth service on
our recent purchase of Henley Coffee Tables and Lamp Tables
– the online ordering process and subsequent communications
from yourselves and the delivery company was excellent.
The goods arrived fully assembled (your website said it
would be easy self assembly – so this was a nice surprise!)
I noticed one of the boxes was wet on the bottom – but the
packaging was very good and the goods in this box and the
others was in top notch condition and went straight into
our living room.
I'm just writing to let you know that our order was
received and i would just like to comment on the delivery
drivers i know that they might not work for you but could
you please pass on my comments to the company it makes such
a nice change to have such pleasant delivery people they
were very professional and polite and i must say out of the
many delivery people that i have seen they are by the best
that i have ever met thank you so much for the service and
if we ever want an other furniture you will be my first
choice the service received from the time the order was
made to the delivery was exceptional.
Just a quickie to say we have taken delivery of the TV Unit
today and our very happy with it. How we wish we'd known
about your company before we ordered the sideboard from
Harveys with a 5 -7 week delivery!!

impressed I am with your service. I needed to order a table
& chairs but needed quick delivery. I spoke to Rachel

chair set i wanted was in stock and whether it could be
delivered in time for me. She rang me back swiftly with the
good news that it was, and sure enough the next day the

Thankyou for your after-sales E-mail, and please do not
apologise for the goods arriving early,I actually found
this quite a refreshing change.
Before I placed my order with you I had arranged for
similar items to be delivered to me from a 'Home Shopping'
catalogue, ( actually pre-paying the full cost of the items
when ordering them) but after waiting 2 weeks beyond the
given delivery date had expired without receiving the
goods, I cancelled the order and contacted you.
So as I have said previously 'please do not
apologise'.
Your delivery driver was a perfect gentleman and also
needlessly apologised for the early arrival of the goods.
