I'm just writing to let you know that our order was received and i would just like to comment on the delivery drivers i know that they might not work for you but could you please pass on my comments to the company it makes such a nice change to have such pleasant delivery people they were very professional and polite and i must say out of the many delivery people that i have seen they are by the best that i have ever met thank you so much for the service and if we ever want an other furniture you will be my first choice the service received from the time the order was made to the delivery was exceptional.
Just a quickie to say we have taken delivery of the TV Unit today and our very happy with it. How we wish we'd known about your company before we ordered the sideboard from Harveys with a 5 -7 week delivery!!

Just thought I would drop you a line to tell you how impressed I am with your service. I needed to order a table & chairs but needed quick delivery. I spoke to Rachel Butlin who was very helpful, she checked if the table & chair set i wanted was in stock and whether it could be delivered in time for me. She rang me back swiftly with the good news that it was, and sure enough the next day the delivery courier rang and advised me on the delivery arrangements. The table and chairs is now in my holiday home in Scotland - and it looks great!

Thankyou for your after-sales E-mail, and please do not apologise for the goods arriving early,I actually found this quite a refreshing change.
Before I placed my order with you I had arranged for similar items to be delivered to me from a 'Home Shopping' catalogue, ( actually pre-paying the full cost of the items when ordering them) but after waiting 2 weeks beyond the given delivery date had expired without receiving the goods, I cancelled the order and contacted you.
So as I have said previously 'please do not apologise'.
Your delivery driver was a perfect gentleman and also needlessly apologised for the early arrival of the goods.
Should I require further Items of furniture that your company manufacture you can be assured that I will be In contact with you.
