Our large item delivery service operates on a Monday to Friday basis. We are unable to offer a next day delivery service on our larger items of furniture as these will be delivered by a specialist furniture carrier, due to either it's size or weight. Each item will be subject to a delivey time that is indicated on the product page. Once we have received your order we will arrange for your furniture to be delivered to our national carrier. A member of their staff will then contact you directly to organise a delivery day, and they will also give a three hour time slot for your convenience.
When the furniture arrives it will be delivered to the room of choice and unpacked, if required. Assembly is available for a small charge of £25. You will be asked to check the furniture is acceptable before signing for receipt. If the furniture is either damaged or not suitable please inform the driver and the furniture will be returned to Your Furniture. Finally, the driver(s) will offer to remove all packaging before leaving.
