Returns Policy


Not quite what you wanted?

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from yourfurniture.co.uk. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer a fourteen day, no quibble, money back guarantee providing the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the return carriage cost, although this will be heavily discounted through our excellent relationship with our preferred courier. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to cancel you order, by e-mailing returns@yourfurniture.co.uk please make sure you quote your Order Number. We will arrange to collect your order on a day suitable for you. On receipt of the goods we will inspect them, and providing they are in the same condition, arrange a full refund (less carriage costs) within 30 days.

Goods faulty on arrival?

We do everything possible to ensure that our furniture is sent out in perfect condition and we employ extensive quality checks. However, we are all human and in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please e-mail returns@yourfurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement dispatched.

Goods damaged in transit?

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not happy with the condition of the goods you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.
