Refunds and returns

At Your Furniture we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase and that you wouldn't dream of parting with your new furniture.

However, in the unlikely event that you should want to return your order we offer our customers a 10 day money-back guarantee (from the date that the goods are delivered to you).

To take advantage of our money back guarantee and obtain a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, you simply have to:

  • Contact us at sales@yourfurniture.co.uk requesting us to collect your goods
  • Ensure all goods are protected in their original packaging
  • Ensure all goods remain in the condition you recieved them in

As long as the above conditions are met we will refund your order within 30 days of receiving the furniture back with us and after they have been inspected for damage. A £45 collection fee would be applicable per order and will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of the following items:-

  • Mattresses, pillows and sofabeds (unless they are unopened)
  • Home assembly items where construction has been attempted or completed. Replacement parts can, however, be supplied for any damaged items.
  • Special orders or commissioned pieces

Please note that should items not be adequately packaged at the time of collection our delivery partners may refuse to collect the goods resulting in a failed collection charge of £45 per order.

We also reserve the right to withold all or part of the refund if items are incomplete or damaged. Should you have any queries about our refund and return policy then please do not hesitate to contact us.
